No it‘s not possible to make alterations to your order.

In the unlikely event that an order is partly out of stock, we will send the items we have in stock and refund the rest.

Yes, just tick the box “Pick up in-store“ in the checkout.

All packages are considered commercial shipments by our couriers and will be marked as such.

An invoice is attached to the package so altering the value is impossible, not mentioning that it‘s illegal.

You simply send it back to our store. Please follow the Return section for more information.
