Returns

Customers can return orders without notice within 14 days of placing the order. A customer’s right to return expires after 14 days.

To exercise the right of return a clear statement has to be communicated to Húrra by phone, email or letter. By contacting Húrra within these 14 days, a customer’s return right is therefore acknowledged by Húrra.

Customers cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless giving notice.

In the case of returns Húrra will refund your original purchase upon arriving at Húrra. Please note that a refund can take up to 4 days to process. Orders within Iceland can be returned Pósturinn. Shipments outside Iceland do not include a return label, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Húrra does not take responsibility until the good reaches us. It‘s recommended to insure the return as well as having it traceable.

Orders can also be returned in-store. Orders on sale items are final and can not be returned without notice.

To be able to return an order, the following conditions have to be met. The items have to be in it‘s original state, unused and price tag in rightful place. Shoes have to be returned in it‘s original shoebox. Shoeboxes often carry value for customers so they must be in their original state. We do not accept returns that fail to meet these conditions.

Refunds

If you cancel or return one or more items, you will get your money back. Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund, including delivery costs (this does not apply if you are returning part of a multiple piece order, or if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
The refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment which you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. In every case you will not bear any cost of any transaction fees that might apply during refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanging products is only available in-store. Orders through our web store can only be refunded or changed to in-store credit.

If a customer would prefer another size, color or another item that was originally ordered. Then please follow the return instructions above. The customer would then proceed to make a second order and would be fully refunded for the original one.
